GH4133 GH4049 Superalloy Ss Tubing


GH4133 is further alloyed on the basis of GH4033 alloy, and is developed by appropriately increasing the content of strengthening elements aluminum and titanium and adding refractory metal niobium. It is based on nickel-chromium solid solution, γ'[Ni3(AI,Ti,Nb)] It is an age-hardening alloy with the main strengthening phase. The alloy has good comprehensive properties, uniform and fine grains, high yield strength, and is easy to be hot-processed and formed. It is suitable for manufacturing important load-bearing parts such as turbine disks and working blades of aeroengines with temperatures below 750°C. Product specifications are mainly discs, rods and rings.
GH4049 is a Ni-Co-Cr-based deposition hardening deformed high-temperature alloy with an application temperature below 950°C. The alloy has good oxidation resistance below 1000°C and high high-temperature compressive strength below 950°C, and is suitable for the production of natural gas turbocharger blades with operating temperatures of 850°C to 950°C. Key equipment includes hot-rolled and forged bar stock and free-forged turbine blades.
