GH3600 is a Ni-Cr-Fe-based solid solution strengthened deformed high-temperature alloy. It has good thermal strength and high plasticity below 800°C, and has good high-temperature corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance below 1000°C. The alloy has a stable structure for long-term use and has excellent hot and cold processing, welding properties and low-temperature mechanical properties. GH3600 alloy can be strengthened by cold working and can be joined by resistance welding, fusion welding or brazing. It is suitable for making engine combustion chambers that operate below 700℃~800℃, and anti-oxidation parts that can withstand low loads below 1100℃.
GH4090 alloy has been used to make high-temperature spring components, high-temperature fasteners, combustion chamber clamps, stop pins and other parts of aero engines. Similar brands are also used abroad to make aero-engine turbine blades, turbine disks and other parts. GH4090 alloy has good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance below 1040°C, and is prone to intergranular oxidation above 1040°C. GH4090 is a Ni-Cr-Co-based precipitation hardening deformed high-temperature alloy with a service temperature of up to 920°C. The alloy has high tensile strength and creep resistance, good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance at 815°C~870°C. It has high fatigue strength under repeated alternating effects of hot and cold.
