GNEE Incoloy 800/800H/800HT Pipe
Incoloy 800, 800H, and 800HT pipes belong to a series of high-performance nickel-iron-chromium alloys designed for strength, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance in extreme industrial environments. These grades-UNS N08800 (800), N08810 (800H), and N08811 (800HT)-are commonly used in applications requiring stable performance at high temperatures, such as heat exchangers, furnace components, petrochemical reformers, and power plant equipment.
Incoloy 800 pipes are known for their excellent resistance to oxidation, carburization, and sulfidation, making them ideal for medium-temperature range applications. Incoloy 800H, with its higher carbon content and controlled grain size, exhibits superior creep and stress rupture properties, enhancing its structural stability in high-temperature environments. Incoloy 800HT is the most advanced of the three alloys, offering even better stress rupture and creep resistance due to tighter control of aluminum and titanium content, making it suitable for the most demanding thermal corrosion environments.
