GNEE GH3128 High-Temperature Oxidation-Resistant Round Rod for Aerospace Applications
GH3128 is a nickel-based superalloy widely used in the aerospace industry due to its high-temperature strength, excellent oxidation resistance, and creep resistance up to 950℃. It is used to manufacture components such as aircraft engine flame tubes, combustion chambers, and afterburners. Its high performance stems from its unique composition, including nickel, chromium, and solid solution strengthening elements such as molybdenum and tungsten, with the addition of additives such as boron, cerium, and zirconium to strengthen grain boundaries.
GH3128 high-temperature alloy round bars are a high-performance nickel-chromium alloy designed for critical aerospace and industrial applications. GH3128 can operate in extreme high-temperature and oxidizing environments, exhibiting excellent oxidation resistance (up to 1100°C), superior mechanical strength, and long-term stability. This alloy meets AMS 5537 standards and is ideal for gas turbines, jet engines, combustion chambers, high-temperature structural components, and nuclear power systems.
