GH4043 is an age-hardening nickel-based high-temperature alloy composed of nickel, molybdenum, aluminum and other elements, with a nickel content of approximately 68%. GH4043 high temperature alloy alloy has good hot and cold working properties, stable structure when used at high temperatures below 850°C, sufficient strength and good comprehensive properties.
GH3128 (GH128) is a nickel-based alloy solid solution strengthened with tungsten and molybdenum and grain boundary strengthened with boron, cerium and zirconium. It has high plasticity, high permanent creep strength, and good resistance to oxidation, stamping and welding. Its comprehensive performance is superior to similar nickel-based solid solution alloys such as GH3044 and GH3536. It is suitable for manufacturing high-temperature parts such as aero-engine combustion chamber flame tubes, afterburner casings, and adjusting parts that work at 950°C for a long time. The main products are cold-rolled sheets, hot-rolled sheets, bars, forgings, wire rods and pipes. The solid solution temperature is 1140~1180℃ when leaving the factory and is air cooled. High temperature performance is tested after supplementary solution treatment at 1200°C. Cold rolled plate 0.8~4.0mm, hot rolled plate 4~14mm, cold drawn welding wire Φ0.3~10mm. Cold-rolled and hot-rolled plates are solid solution pickled; the welding wire is in cold drawn, semi-hard or solid solution and pickled state. Non-vacuum or vacuum induction furnace plus electroslag remelting. This alloy is suitable for manufacturing aero-engine combustion chamber and afterburner parts that operate below 950°C with good results.
