GH2747 4738 High Temperature super Alloy Pipe
GH2747 is a Fe-Ni-Cr-based precipitation hardening deformed high-temperature alloy. It is used in a solid solution state. Its long-term operating temperature is 1100℃-1250℃, and its short-term operating temperature can reach 1300℃. The high-temperature heat-resistant and anti-oxidation alloy GH2747 has high strength, good structural stability, and excellent anti-oxidation and corrosion resistance. The alloy has good weldability and can be welded using various techniques.
GH738 is a nickel-based high-temperature alloy precipitated and hardened by the γ′ phase. It has good gas corrosion resistance, high yield strength and fatigue performance, good process plasticity, and stable structure. It is widely used in rotating parts of aerospace engines and the operating temperature is not higher than 815℃. It can produce cold-rolled and hot-rolled plates, pipes, strips, wires and forgings, castings and fasteners.
