GH3128 4098 seamless stainless steel tubing
GH3128 is a nickel-based alloy solid solution-strengthened with tungsten and molybdenum and grain boundaries reinforced with boron, cerium, and zirconium. It has high plasticity, high lasting creep strength, and good oxidation resistance and stamping and welding properties. Its comprehensive performance is better than similar nickel-based solid solution alloys such as GH3044 and GH3536. It is suitable for manufacturing combustion chamber flame tubes, afterburner casings, regulator plates and other high-temperature parts of aeroengines that operate at 950°C for a long time.
GH4098 alloy is a newly developed Su 6D99 age-hardening alloy developed in China. It is a high-heat-strength dispersion material and is mainly used as bearing parts below 950°C. This alloy is a new material in China, and this is the first time our factory has developed it. This alloy consists of w and m..AKII solid solution strengthened and age strengthened. The moderate strengthening elements W, Mo, Al and Ti are up to 14%. It is a typical solid solution strengthening and age strengthening refractory high temperature alloy. Through heat treatment experiments of different systems, the high-temperature plasticity and grain growth trend of the alloy were studied, and the effects of different solid solution treatment systems on the room temperature properties of the alloy were discussed.
