GH4738 is a Ni-Cr-Co precipitation hardening deformation high temperature alloy with a service temperature below 815℃. Cobalt, chromium and molybdenum are added to the alloy for solid solution strengthening, aluminum and titanium are added to form v phase, and boron and zirconium are added to purify and strengthen the grain boundaries. The alloy has high yield strength and fatigue resistance at 760℃~870℃; it has high oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance in gas turbine atmosphere below 870℃; it is suitable for making turbine disks, working blades, high temperature fasteners, flame tubes, shafts and turbine casings and other parts.
