GH3030 Alloy Bar

GH3030 solid solution strengthened high temperature alloy is an early developed 80Ni-20Cr solid solution strengthened high temperature alloy with simple chemical composition, satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 800℃, and good anti-oxidation, thermal fatigue, cold stamping and welding process performance. The alloy is a single-phase austenite after solid solution, and the organization is stable during use. The main products are cold-rolled thin plates, and deformed products such as bars, rings, wires and pipes can also be supplied. It is suitable for turbine engine combustion chamber components with a service temperature below 800℃ and other high-temperature components that require anti-oxidation at 1100℃ but bear very small loads. GH3030 has strong hot and cold processing properties and is used to make various chemical equipment and supporting accessories.

GH3030 Chemical Composition and Mechanical properties:

High-temperature strength: GH3030 bar can maintain its strength and structural integrity at elevated temperatures, making it suitable for applications where heat resistance is critical.

Oxidation resistance: The chromium content in GH3030 bar provides excellent resistance to oxidation, protecting the alloy from high-temperature environments.

Creep resistance: GH3030 bar exhibits good resistance to creep deformation, which is the gradual deformation that occurs under constant load over time at high temperatures.

Corrosion resistance: This alloy shows good resistance to corrosion in various corrosive environments, including acids, alkaline solutions, and saltwater.

Good weldability: GH3030 bar can be easily welded using common welding techniques, allowing for the fabrication of complex structures.
