GH1040 GH1131 thick wall Seamless Tube
GH1040 iron-based superalloy is a solid solution-strengthened iron-based superalloy composed of nickel, molybdenum, chromium, nitrogen and other elements, with a nickel content of approximately 26%. GH1040 high-temperature alloy has good hot and cold working properties. It can achieve sufficiently high instantaneous strength when used for a short time at 990-1000°C; it has good hot working plasticity.
GH1131 is a high-performance iron-based high-temperature alloy that is solid-solution strengthened with tungsten, aluminum, niobium, nitrogen and other elements. It contains about 28% nickel, but its thermal strength level is equivalent to that of GH3044 alloy. The alloy has good hot processing plasticity and welding and cold forming process properties. The main varieties include cold-rolled thin plates, hot-rolled medium plates, bars, flat steel and wire rods. It can be used to make high-temperature components of rocket engines that operate at 700-1000C for short periods of time and aeroengines that operate at 700-750C for long periods of time.
