GH1016 GH1035 Large diameter Seamless Tube
GH1016 alloy is a nickel-saving iron-nickel-based high-temperature alloy used to manufacture afterburner components of aeroengines operating below 900°C. The overall performance of the alloy is equivalent to that of the highest nickel-based alloys GH44 and GH22, and it can be used as a substitute for them or as a substitute for the lower-performance nickel-based alloys GH399 and GH30. It can improve the reliability of the alloy working at high temperatures for a long time. The use of GH1016 alloy can extend the life of aeroengines, reduce engine weight, and save the strategic element nickel.
GH1035 is a Fe-Ni-Cr based solid solution strengthened deformed superalloy. It is solid solution strengthened with elements such as chromium and tungsten. The service temperature is below 900°C. The alloy has high thermal strength, close to the level of GH3039 nickel-based alloy. The alloy has good hot processing plasticity and welding and cold forming process properties.
