1.4529 UNS S30815 superalloy tubing
The Cr content in 1.4529 (N08926) super austenitic stainless steel is usually 14.0-18.0% and the nickel content is 24.0-26.0%. 1.4529 (N08926) alloy is a nickel-based alloy containing titanium and aluminum. It contains enough chromium to form and maintain a sufficient scale of chromium oxide to protect it under high temperature conditions. It is more resistant to high temperatures than traditional chromium-nickel stainless steel such as 304. ;The higher nickel content makes it have better oxidation resistance than standard 18-8 stainless steel, and its oxidation resistance is no less than that of higher grades with use temperatures up to 1900 degrees Fahrenheit (1038°C) alloy.
253MA is an alloy obtained by increasing the nitrogen content and adding rare earth elements for micro-alloying on the basis of alloy 1.4828. It has good oxidation resistance, good high-temperature corrosion resistance, and good high-temperature mechanical strength. The most suitable use temperature range is 850-1100°C. If used in the range of 600 to 850°C, the impact toughness at room temperature will be reduced due to structural changes.
