GH1140 superalloy is a solid-solution strengthened iron-nickel-based superalloy. In addition to containing a large amount of chromium, it also uses a small amount of tungsten, molybdenum, aluminum, titanium and other elements to strengthen the solid solution. The alloy has medium thermal strength, high plasticity, good thermal fatigue, structural stability and welding process performance. It is suitable for manufacturing plate structural parts and other high-temperature components of aeroengine and gas turbine combustion chambers with operating temperatures below 850°C.
