High-temperature alloys have excellent high-temperature strength, good oxidation resistance and hot corrosion resistance, good fatigue performance and fracture toughness and other comprehensive properties, so they are also called "superalloys".
High-temperature alloys can be divided into iron-based, nickel-based and cobalt-based high-temperature alloys according to the matrix elements, and solid solution strengthening, precipitation strengthening, oxide dispersion strengthening and fiber strengthening according to the strengthening method.
The following are the main product grades of high-temperature alloys:
1. Inconel 625 - Composition: nickel (58% min), chromium (20-23%), molybdenum (8-10%) - Application: chemical industry, aircraft engines, high-temperature gas turbines.
2. Inconel 718 - Composition: nickel (50-55%), chromium (17-21%), molybdenum (2.8-3.3%), aluminum (0.2-0.8%), titanium (0.7-1.2%) - Application: aviation, aerospace, oil and gas industries.

- Composition: Nickel (30-35%), Chromium (19-23%), Iron (balance)

4. Hastelloy C-276
- Composition: Nickel (55% min), Chromium (14.5-16.5%), Molybdenum (15-17%), Iron (4.5% max)
- Application: Chemical processing, environmental protection equipment, high temperature corrosion resistant environment.
5. Monel 400
- Composition: Nickel (63-70%), Copper (28-34%)
- Application: Marine applications, chemical industry, oil and gas industry.
6. Waspaloy
- Composition: Nickel (about 50%), Chromium (15-18%), Molybdenum (2.5-3.5%), Aluminum (0.5-1.5%)
- Application: High temperature parts of aircraft engines.
7. GH4169
- Composition: Nickel (about 50%), Chromium (18%), Molybdenum (8%), Titanium (1.2-1.7%)
- Application: Aerospace, Energy and Chemical Industries.
