Precision Forging: High-pressure forging effectively eliminates dendrite structures, ensuring isotropic mechanical properties.

Strict Solution Treatment: Homogenization is performed at temperatures between 1120°C and 1150°C, followed by rapid cooling to lock in the optimal solution state.

100% Ultrasonic Testing: All bars with a diameter exceeding 20 mm undergo ultrasonic testing (UT) to ensure the absence of internal voids or inclusions.

Q1: How is the machinability of GH3030 bars?
A: GH3030 is a nickel-based alloy, meaning it is "stickier" and work-hardens faster than stainless steel. We recommend using carbide tools with positive rake angles and maintaining a constant feed rate to prevent surface glazing.
