GH3030 solid solution strengthened high temperature alloy is an early developed 80Ni-20Cr solid solution strengthened high temperature alloy with simple chemical composition, satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 800℃, and good oxidation resistance, thermal fatigue, cold stamping and welding process performance. The alloy is single-phase austenite after solid solution treatment, and the organization is stable during use. The main product is cold-rolled thin plate, and deformed products such as bars, rings, wires and pipes can also be supplied.

Main process performance and requirements of GH3030:
Good hot processing performance: GH3030 has good forgeability and plasticity, and can be processed by hot processing, cold processing and other processing methods, making it suitable for different production processes.
Good weldability: GH3030 has good welding performance and can be welded by various welding methods such as TIG, MIG, arc, etc.
Good bending and tensile resistance: GH3030 has good tensile and bending resistance, and can be used for structural parts in high temperature and high pressure environments.
Good heat resistance: GH3030 has good oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and thermal expansion resistance in high temperature environments, and can be used to manufacture high temperature equipment such as gas turbines, aircraft engines, nuclear reactors, etc.
Good corrosion resistance: GH3030 has good corrosion resistance to many chemical media, such as nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid, etc., and can be used in chemical, petroleum and other fields.
