GH2132 Alloy Bar

GH2132 alloy is a Fe-Ni-Cr15-25 based high temperature alloy, reinforced with molybdenum, titanium, aluminum, vanadium and trace boron. It has high yield strength, rupture and creep strength at 650℃, good processing plasticity and satisfactory welding performance. It is suitable for manufacturing high temperature load-bearing parts of aircraft engines that work for a long time below 650℃, such as turbine disks, discs, rotor blades, fasteners, etc. The alloy can produce various shapes of deformed products such as plates, forgings, plates, bars, wires and round parts.

GH2132 has been used to manufacture a variety of aircraft engine combustion chamber flame tubes, strength diffusers, rectifiers, stabilizers, oil rings, torque adjustable nozzle shells, pipe joints, bushings, aircraft tail cover skins and other parts, and has been put into mass production. After long-term use in the temperature range of 550~800℃, hardening occurs, and the plasticity decreases slightly at room temperature. The high-temperature oxidation resistance above 1000℃ is slightly worse than that of nickel-based alloys for similar purposes.
