Inconel 718 EN 2.4668 UNS N07718 pickled annealed tube
Inconel 718 pickled annealed tubing is a high-strength, corrosion-resistant nickel-chromium high-temperature alloy tubing that has been annealed (heat treated to soften it) and pickled (surface treated to remove oxide scale). Its excellent mechanical properties, including high tensile and yield strengths, creep resistance, and fatigue durability, make it suitable for demanding high-temperature applications in aerospace, oil and gas, and chemical processing, as well as cryogenic applications.

Why Pickled Annealed?
Annealing: This heat treatment softens the material, increasing its ductility and making it easier to process into tubing.
Pickling: A surface treatment process that removes surface scale and mill scale, resulting in a clean, smooth surface that is critical for many applications.
Applications of Inconel 718 Pickled Annealed Tube
Aerospace: Engine components such as wheels, buckets, and high-temperature fasteners.
Oil and Gas: Critical components for downhole tools and other harsh environment applications.
Chemical Processing: Components for chemical injection lines and other corrosive process equipment.
Cryogenics: Used in applications requiring strength at extremely low temperatures.
