Inconel 625 Polished Cold Drawn Plate Property Information Encyclopedia
Inconel 625 plate is a high-temperature alloy known for its high strength, excellent corrosion resistance (particularly to chloride, pitting, and crevice corrosion), and good fatigue strength over a wide temperature range. Cold-drawn, polished steel plate offers improved surface finish and dimensional accuracy compared to hot-rolled products. Key properties include a density of approximately 8.44 g/cm³, a melting range of 1290–1350°C, an elastic modulus of approximately 207.5 GPa, and high tensile strength.
What is Inconel 625 plate?
Inconel alloy 625 (UNS number N06625) is a nickel-based superalloy with high strength and high-temperature resistance. It also offers excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance.
