1. What materials are available in this product range?
Answer:
We supply a wide range of nickel-based alloys, including Hastelloy C22 and C276, Incoloy 800 and 825, Inconel 600, 601, 625, 718, 738, and Monel 400 in sheet and plate form. These alloys are designed to provide superior corrosion resistance, high-temperature strength, and excellent mechanical performance in harsh environments.
2. What industries commonly use these alloy sheets and plates?
Answer:
These materials are widely used in oil & gas, chemical processing, marine engineering, power generation, aerospace, heat treatment equipment, and pollution control systems. They are especially suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure, and highly corrosive service conditions.
3. What thicknesses and sizes are available?
Answer:
Sheets and plates are available in thicknesses typically ranging from 0.5 mm to 100 mm, with standard or customized widths and lengths. We can also provide cut-to-size plates according to customer drawings and project specifications.
4. What are the main advantages of these nickel alloy plates?
Answer:
These alloys offer excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, stress corrosion cracking, and oxidation at elevated temperatures. Some grades, such as Inconel 718 and 738, also provide outstanding high-strength and creep resistance for critical structural applications.
5. What quality control and certifications are provided?
Answer:
All products undergo strict inspection procedures including chemical composition analysis, tensile testing, hardness testing, ultrasonic testing (UT), and surface inspection. Mill Test Certificates (MTC) in accordance with EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 can be provided. Third-party inspection services such as SGS, BV, or TUV are available upon request.
