Monel 400 square bar is nickel alloy bars with square section. Depending on the manufacturing process and size, Monel 400 square bars can be hot-rolled from Monel 400 billet or cold-drawn from Monel 400 round bar & rod. We provide Monel 400 square bars with polished, pickled and sandblasted finish for your choice.

Typical application for Monel 400 Grade Square Bar includes those tasks which takes advantage of the alloy's high tensile strength and resistance to corrosion. A Monel Alloy 400 square bar is the solid rod which has the cross-section of a Monel Alloy 400 square and a round bar is the rod which has the cross section of a circle. In other words, draw a Monel Alloy 400 Bar solid square and extrude it up to some particular length. The resultant rod, can be assumed as a Monel 400 square bar.
