Monel K500 501 Stainless pipe
Monel K500 alloy is a Ni-Cu based alloy. By adding a small amount of Al and Ti elements, the Ni3 (Al, Ti) phase is precipitated. It retains the excellent corrosion resistance of Monel 400 alloy while having high strength due to precipitation strengthening. , widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, atomic energy and other industrial fields.
A precipitation-hardening nickel-copper alloy that combines the corrosion resistance of Monel 400 with greater strength and hardness. It also has low magnetic permeability and is nonmagnetic at temperatures as low as -150°F (-101°C). Used in pump shafts, oil well tools and instruments, scrapers and blades, springs, valve trims, fasteners and marine propeller shafts
