502 2.4360 Monel Alloy Pipe
Monel alloy 502 is similar to Monel alloy K-500, but has better machinability and can achieve higher strength through heat treatment precipitation hardening. Its machining properties are very similar to austenitic stainless steel (300 series). Alloy 502 has good plasticity and can be formed by conventional methods. Alloy 502 can be welded using conventional welding methods and can be subjected to precipitation hardening heat treatment or annealing.
2.4360 is a nickel alloy material, also known as Alloy 400. Its chemical composition is mainly composed of nickel and copper, containing about 67% nickel and 33% copper. In addition, it contains small amounts of elements such as iron, manganese, silicon, zirconium and carbon. It is a single-phase alloy with good mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and processability.
