The alloy is a face-centered cubic lattice structure.
Hastelloy C-276 process performance and requirements:
1. The lower the sulfur content in the hot processing fuel, the better. The sulfur content in natural gas should be less than 0.1%, and the sulfur content in heavy oil should be less than 0.5%.
2. The hot processing temperature range of the alloy is 1200℃～950℃, and the cooling method is water cooling or rapid air cooling.
3. Suitable for welding with any traditional welding process, such as tungsten electrode inert gas shielded welding, plasma arc welding, manual sub-arc welding, metal inert gas shielded welding, and melt inert gas shielded welding.

Features:
This nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy can withstand high temperatures and is designed to protect weld areas where excessive heat accumulation is inevitable. Its resistance to general corrosion, localized corrosion and stress corrosion cracking is similar to that of Hastelloy C-276.
