Hastelloy C-276 is a tungsten-containing nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with extremely low silicon and carbon content. It is considered to be a universal corrosion-resistant alloy.

Delivery status and application
The delivery status of 2.4819 alloy materials can be divided into two types: bright and black.
The surface of the bright 2.4819 alloy material is flat and smooth, and is often used to make high-temperature corrosion-resistant components, such as pneumatic turbine blades, gas turbine turbines, etc.
The black-skinned 2.4819 alloy material has a layer of oxide skin on the surface, which has good corrosion resistance and is widely used in marine environments, such as making pipes and bolts in marine environments.


2.4819 corrosion resistance: The alloy has the following characteristics:
① In both oxidizing and reducing atmospheres, it has excellent corrosion resistance in most corrosive media.
② It has excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion. The higher Mo and Cr content makes the alloy resistant to chloride ion corrosion, and the W element further improves the corrosion resistance. At the same time, the alloy is one of the only few materials that are resistant to moisture, hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide solution corrosion, and has significant corrosion resistance to high-concentration chloride solutions such as ferric chloride and cupric chloride. It is suitable for sulfuric acid solutions of various concentrations and is one of the few materials that can be used in hot concentrated sulfuric acid solutions.
2.4819 application areas:
Petrochemical equipment, heat exchangers, flue gas desulfurization equipment, fluid chemical pumps, fluorine chemicals, etc.
