Inconel 601 Flanges come in several different shapes and sizes including slip-on, blind, welding neck, lap joint and threaded. Slip-on flanges have two holes which allow them to be connected with bolts and nuts; whereas blind flanges are used to blank off pipelines or valves when they aren't being used. Welding neck flanges have an extended neck that allows them to be welded onto pipe joints. Lap joint flanges consist of two pieces that fit together with bolts or screws, while threaded ones have a threaded hole in the center which allows them to be connected with other components.
