Alloy 800 is an austenitic steel with a high nickel content. The chemical composition of Incoloy 800 sheets includes carbon, nickel, chromium, molybdenum, silicon, sulfur, copper, iron, aluminum and titanium. These sheets show extremely high corrosion and oxidation resistance in a variety of media. Incoloy 800 sheets have excellent mechanical properties. These sheets have a minimum tensile strength of 520MPa and a minimum yield strength of 205MPa. Incoloy 800 sheets are versatile and are widely used in thermal power plants, chemical industry, boilers, heat exchangers, condensers, nuclear fuel and other fields.
