Incoloy ASTM B423 825 Metal Seamless Pipe
Incoloy ASTM B423 825 seamless pipe is a high-performance pipe made of nickel-iron-chromium-molybdenum-copper alloy (Ni 38-46%, Cr 19.5-23.5%, Mo 2.5-3.5%, Cu 1.5-3.0%), which meets the requirements of ASTM B423 standard. The product is manufactured by hot extrusion or cold processing, and has the following outstanding characteristics: excellent corrosion resistance, especially for reducing acidic media such as sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid (resistant to 5% sulfuric acid/60℃ working conditions), its pitting resistance equivalent PREN≥30, and excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking, and has passed NACE MR0175 acid environment certification; good high temperature stability, maintaining stable performance in the temperature range of -200℃ to 550℃, titanium stabilization treatment (Ti≥0.6%) effectively prevents intergranular corrosion in the welding sensitization zone; excellent mechanical properties, annealed tensile strength ≥550MPa, yield strength ≥240MPa, elongation ≥30%, which can meet various processing and forming requirements. The product surface can be treated by pickling, polishing and other treatment methods (the highest finish is Ra≤0.8μm). It is mainly used in harsh corrosive environments such as petrochemical equipment (such as acidic oil and gas pipelines), marine engineering (seawater treatment systems), and environmental protection equipment (flue gas desulfurization equipment). It is an ideal pipe material choice for solving complex corrosive working conditions.
