Product Introduction

Incoloy 800HT Pipe is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy that has good strength and excellent resistance to oxidation and carburization at elevated temperatures. The nickel steel alloy is identical to the 800H alloy, except that the carbon content is higher in the 800H alloy and up to 1.20% aluminum and titanium are added to the 800HT alloy. The Incoloy 800HT alloy is further modified with a combined titanium and aluminum content (0.85-1.20%) to ensure optimum high temperature performance. The nickel alloy is dual certified (800H/HT), combining the properties of both forms. The Incoloy 800H/HT alloy is suitable for high temperature structural applications. The nickel content makes the alloy highly resistant to chloride stress corrosion cracking and embrittlement caused by sigma phase precipitation.
