Incoloy 330 25-6HN Alloy Pipe
Incoloy 330 alloy is a high-temperature alloy with nickel as the main component, containing appropriate amounts of chromium and iron, and is strengthened by adding elements such as titanium and aluminum. This alloy has excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and can maintain stable mechanical properties and corrosion resistance under high temperatures and harsh environments. At high temperatures, a dense oxide film will form on the surface of Incoloy 330 alloy, which effectively prevents further oxidation and ensures its long life at high temperatures.
25-6HN alloy is a super-austenitic stainless steel containing 6% molybdenum, and the nitrogen content enhances its properties. The high nickel content of 25-6HN alloy makes it thermally stable and resistant to stress corrosion cracking. Its unified numbering system is UNS N08367. Compared with traditional austenitic stainless steel AISI 304 or 316L, 25-6HN alloy has significantly improved strength and corrosion resistance in most environments.
