Incoloy 825 Round Bar

Incoloy825 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with added molybdenum, copper and titanium (NiCr21Mo), supplied after hot working and annealing. It has good mechanical properties from low to medium-high temperatures (5400C) and can be cold worked to significantly increase strength.

 

The higher nickel content ensures resistance to stress corrosion cracking, the addition of molybdenum and copper effectively resists reducing environments such as sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid, the addition of chromium resists oxidizing environments such as nitric acid, and the addition of titanium resists intergranular corrosion, thus enabling Comprehensive resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion.
