N08811 high temperature alloy is a nickel-based alloy whose main components include nickel, iron, chromium, aluminum and other elements. The alloy has excellent high-temperature strength and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for a variety of applications in high-temperature environments. In terms of physical properties, N08811 superalloy has the characteristics of high temperature strength, corrosion resistance, thermal expansion coefficient adaptability, thermal conductivity and electromagnetic properties.
Alloy 825 (UNS N08825) is an austenitic nickel-iron-chromium alloy with the addition of molybdenum, copper, and titanium. It has been developed to provide excellent resistance to a wide range of corrosive environments, both oxidizing and reducing. The nickel content of Alloy 825 makes it resistant to chloride stress corrosion cracking compared to conventional austenitic stainless steels, and combined with molybdenum and copper, provides significantly improved corrosion resistance in reducing environments. The chromium and molybdenum content of Alloy 825 provides resistance to chloride pitting, as well as resistance to various oxidizing atmospheres. The addition of titanium stabilizes the alloy in the welded state to prevent sensitization. This stability allows Alloy 825 to resist intergranular attack after exposure to temperature ranges that would normally sensitize unstable stainless steels.
