UNS N10629 N06059 Hastelloy Metal Pipe
N10629 alloy is NI-MO corrosion-resistant alloy. It is also a low-carbon alloy. It was developed to solve the medium-temperature brittleness and welding cracks caused by the precipitation of B2 alloy B phase. It mainly adjusts the iron and chromium components to achieve the purpose. B2 solves the problems of welding cracks and fracture during processing while retaining the corrosion resistance properties of B2.
Alloy59 (UNS N06059) alloy is a new alloy invented by VDM based on Hastelloy C4 that increases the chromium content to 23%, reduces the iron content to less than 1%, and removes titanium. It came out in 1990. Alloy 59 is a "pure nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy" in the nickel-chromium-molybdenum (tungsten) alloy series that contains high chromium and total Cr+Mo content, low iron content, and does not contain tungsten, copper, titanium and other elements. Due to the reasonable ratio of its alloy chemical components, this alloy is currently a corrosion-resistant alloy with good comprehensive corrosion resistance and high structural and thermal stability.
