UNS N10665 N06455 Hastelloy Metal Pipe
N10665 Hastelloy is a high performance corrosion resistant alloy also known as Hastelloy B-2 alloy. It is a nickel-based alloy composed of nickel, molybdenum, iron, chromium and tungsten and other elements. It has excellent corrosion resistance and can be used for a long time in various environments of strong acids, strong alkali, salt water, oxidants and reducing agents without being affected by it. Corrosion and oxidation damage. N10665 Hastelloy also has excellent wear resistance and high temperature resistance, and can be used for a long time in high temperature and high stress environments.
N06455 is an austenitic low carbon nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy. The main difference between N06455 and other earlier developed alloys of similar chemical composition is the lower carbon, silicon, iron, and tungsten content. Such a chemical composition makes it exhibit excellent stability at 650-1040°C, improves the ability to resist intergranular corrosion, and can avoid edge line corrosion sensitivity and weld heat affected zone corrosion under appropriate manufacturing conditions.
