Hastelloy Alloy G30 Flanges Features
These flanges have characteristics like good fatigue performance, fracture toughness, and plastic. It also shows creep and oxidation resistance. Alloy G30 Flanges Application
Alloy G30 Flanges offer very high resistance to the nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid solutions used in the pickling of stainless steel. At a temperature of 140°F or 60°C, this particular application needs to dilute 15% nitric acid and 5% hydrofluoric acid. It also provides great resilience to industrial phosphoric acid. These flanges are mostly used in the fertilizer industry as an acid evaporators. Hastelloy G30 Flanges are used in chemical processing. In this process, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, and nitric acid are involved. It is also used in gas scrubbers, acid production, pickling, petrochemical, nuclear fuel reprocessing, and nuclear gas processing. It is suitable to use in welded conditions.
