Hastelloy X Flanges are chromium-nickel iron-molybdenum super alloy flanges with superior corrosion resistance, stability, and durability. These alloy flanges are primarily recognized for their strong oxidation and heat resistance. Due to their superior resistance to carburization and chloride stress corrosion cracking in reducing atmospheres, these flanges are a good choice to be used in these environments. Therefore, these flange alloys are essentially non-magnetic but exhibit superior greater strength at temperatures up to 1500 °, while exhibiting good oxidation resistance up to 2200 ℉.
