GH3030 is a hot-rolled nickel-chromium high-temperature alloy steel sheet suitable for applications requiring high strength, heat resistance, and oxidation resistance below 800℃. Its main characteristics include excellent high-temperature strength, high plasticity, good oxidation resistance and thermal fatigue resistance, as well as excellent weldability and cold stamping performance. It is a stable single-phase austenitic alloy, making it suitable for the harsh environments of industries such as aerospace, petrochemicals, and nuclear power.

Manufacturing Process

Hot Rolling: Steel is rolled at a high temperature (above its recrystallization temperature) to facilitate shaping.

Cooling: During cooling, the steel undergoes uneven shrinkage, resulting in lower dimensional accuracy compared to cold-rolled steel.

Subsequent Processing: After rolling, the steel can be further processed according to application requirements or shipped directly.
