ASTM B550 Zirconium Alloy Bar
Zirconium and zirconium alloy rod and wire are manufactured to ASTM B550 and cover three grades: Grade R60702: unalloyed zirconium, Grade R60704: zirconium tin, and Grade R60705: zirconium niobium. The material can be hot or cold worked and is usually in the annealed state. Zr and Zr alloy rods or wires can be made into round, square, octagonal, hexagonal or flat shapes. Generally, delivery conditions include unscaled, descaled, descaled and pickled, turned, ground or polished.
