On June 20, we shipped a batch of Inconel 625 flanges to a Vietnamese customer. This is a long-term order. The customer needs time to approve. In the end, we received the order and completed the production of all materials 2 to 3 months in advance.
Because the customer belongs to a university, the order process requires multiple approvals. After about a year, we finally completed the entire order process.

In order for the customer to pay smoothly, we need to register on the website specified by the customer. To this end, we consulted a lot of information and spent some time to understand the knowledge. Finally, in order for the customer to place an order smoothly, our sales staff successfully prepared all the information and completed the registration.

After a long wait, we received the payment from the customer. At this time, we wanted to speed up production as soon as possible to make up for the previous delay. In the end, our delivery date was nearly 3 months earlier than the agreed time.
Customers also need time to make arrangements when shipping. To this end, we sent the materials to our Shanghai warehouse in advance, ready for the subsequent transportation process at any time.
