On June 4, we sent a batch of Hastelloy C-2000 round bars to Poland according to customer requirements. The material requirements are higher than the normal standards, and we try our best to control the chemical composition of the material.

For this material, the customer required the chromium and molybdenum content to be as high as possible, the iron and silicon content to be as low as possible, and the copper content to be controlled between 1.5% and 1.9%.

For this material, it is not easy to control the composition. We took great pains to produce it with the most precise smelting method, and finally sent it to a third-party laboratory for testing. The results were far better than the AWS A5.14 standard, and the customer accepted this material.
