Bright Polished Inconel 625 Square Bar for Construction

Bright-polished Inconel 625 square bar is a highly corrosion-resistant, high-strength nickel-chromium alloy suitable for demanding structural applications in the construction industry, such as offshore structures or high-temperature applications. While it's not a general-purpose construction material due to its high cost and machining difficulties, its excellent properties make it an ideal choice for specialized and demanding structural components used in industries serving or related to the construction industry, including the offshore oil and gas industry.

Is Inconel 625 difficult to machine?

Inconel 625 is generally easier to machine because, while it is prone to chatter, it doesn't suffer from work hardening like 718. Work hardening occurs when a worn tool grinds against the material, creating friction and heat that can make an already hard material even harder.

Building Applications
Structural Components: Used in high-temperature, highly corrosive environments where other materials may fail.
Offshore: Due to its immunity to chloride stress corrosion cracking, it is an ideal choice for offshore structures and marine environments.
Chemical and Petrochemical Infrastructure: Used in offshore piping systems, heat exchangers, and chemical transfer lines exposed to corrosive media.

Why Choose "Bright Polish"?
A bright polished finish is not only aesthetically pleasing but also demonstrates high-quality manufacturing, which is crucial for critical structural components.
