What is the heat treatment process for Incoloy 800HT alloy?
The chemical composition of INCOLOY 800HT alloy is within the limits of 800H alloy, requiring a heat treatment temperature of at least 2100°F (1149°C). The carbon content is 0.06% to 0.10% (0.05% to 0.10% for 800H alloy) and the aluminum-titanium content is 0.85% to 1.20% (0.30% to 1.20% aluminum-titanium content for 800H alloy).
