Monel 400 perforated sheet is a multifunctional metal sheet made of nickel-copper alloy (Ni-Cu), known for its excellent corrosion resistance, high strength and good processing performance. The material performs well in seawater, acidic environments and high-temperature steam, especially resistant to hydrofluoric acid and hydrochloric acid corrosion, and also has the ability to resist stress corrosion cracking. Its perforated design enhances air permeability, sound absorption and filtration efficiency, and is suitable for fields such as chemical, marine engineering, petroleum and aerospace, such as filters, silencers or reactor linings. Monel 400 maintains stability in the range of -200℃ to 480℃, has good weldability and hot and cold processing, and is an ideal choice for both functionality and durability in harsh environments.
