Monel Alloy 400 ERW tube
UNS N04400 pipes have a melting point of up to 1350 degrees Celsius, so they can work in high temperature applications. The specifications of this grade of nickel-copper alloy are ASTM B165 and B725. It is available in seamless, welded, ERW, and fabricated pipes. ASME SB165 Monel 400 seamless pipes meet ASTM, ASME, and API standards and are available in nominal inside diameters ranging from 15 inches to 150 inches. The outside diameter of the pipes ranges from 6.35 mm to 254 mm, and the wall thickness ranges from 0.6 mm to 20 mm. They can be round tubes or Hydraulic Alloy 400 ERW pipe types. The pipes are also available with plain end, bevel end, and threaded end types.
