Inconel 625 seamless pipe, also known as Inconel 625 seamless steel pipe or Inconel 625 seamless pipe, is a high-performance material based on nickel-chromium alloy. Chemical composition of Inconel 625 seamless pipe

Inconel 625 alloy is mainly composed of nickel (about 60%), chromium (about 22%), molybdenum (about 9%), niobium (about 3%) and a small amount of iron, carbon, silicon, manganese and other elements. Among them, the addition of molybdenum and niobium greatly enhances the solid solution strengthening effect of the alloy and improves its high temperature and corrosion resistance.

Corrosion resistance: Inconel 625 alloy tube has strong resistance to a variety of corrosive media, including inorganic acids, alkaline solutions, seawater, salt spray, and various oxidizing and reducing media. Especially in chloride environments, its resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, intergranular corrosion and erosion is particularly outstanding.
High temperature performance: The alloy maintains good mechanical properties below 980°C, and the maximum operating temperature can reach 950°C. However, after long-term use at 550~700°C, there will be a certain aging hardening phenomenon, resulting in a decrease in the plasticity of the alloy.
Processing performance: Inconel 625 alloy pipe has good cold and hot forming properties, and good welding performance. It can be argon arc welded under a protective atmosphere, and can also be brazed and connected by resistance welding.

During the processing, it is necessary to select suitable cutting tools (such as plasma cutting machines, laser cutting machines, etc.) for precise cutting, and bending, punching, welding and other processing operations as needed. The processed steel pipes need to be cleaned, polished, sandblasted and other surface treatments to improve surface quality and aesthetics. Finally, quality inspections are carried out, including inspections of dimensions, appearance, mechanical properties, etc., to ensure that the steel pipes meet relevant standards and requirements.
