Inconel 718 alloy strip

Inconel 718 alloy strip
Inconel 718 alloy strip is a high-strength, corrosion-resistant material known for its excellent mechanical properties, especially at high temperatures. It is an age-hardenable nickel-chromium alloy used extensively in aerospace, automotive, and marine applications. Its ability to maintain strength and resist creep at high temperatures makes it ideal for components in gas turbines and other high-stress environments.
Is Inconel 718 alloy magnetic?
Compared to other precipitation-hardening nickel alloys, this alloy offers relatively good weldability, formability, and excellent low-temperature properties. Due to its slow precipitation hardening reaction, the alloy is easily welded without hardening or cracking. Inconel 718 alloy is non-magnetic.
