GH3030 cold-drawn seamless high-temperature alloy tube is a high-performance material made of nickel-chromium alloy, possessing excellent heat resistance, oxidation resistance, and thermal fatigue resistance. The cold-drawing seamless process ensures a smooth tube surface, high dimensional accuracy, and excellent mechanical properties, making it suitable for demanding applications in aerospace, petrochemical, and nuclear industries, such as turbine blades, high-temperature reactors, and nuclear fuel elements.

What are high-temperature alloys?

High-temperature alloys, also known as superalloys, are metallic materials specifically designed to maintain strength and stability at extreme temperatures. They typically use nickel, cobalt, or iron as a base material and add elements such as chromium, aluminum, and molybdenum to enhance their heat resistance, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance. These alloys are crucial for high-stress applications in industries such as aerospace, power generation, and chemicals.
GH3030 Seamless Steel Pipe GB/T15062 High Temperature Alloy Pipe
Manufacturing Method of Alloy Pipe: The pipe is manufactured using a cold-drawing (rolling) seamless process.
GH3030, GH30, XH78T High Temperature Nickel AlloyChemical Compositions
| C | Cr | Ni | Ti | Al | Fe | Mn | Si | P | S | Cu |
| ≤0.12 | 19.0-22.0 | Bal. | 0.15-0.35 | ≤0.15 | ≤1.5 | ≤0.7 | ≤0.8 | ≤0.02 | ≤0.02 | ≤0.20 |
Flaring Test: GH3030 alloy pipes shall undergo a flaring test. After flaring, the sample should be free of cracks and fissures. The flaring amount is calculated as 10% of the outer diameter.
Recommended Delivery Condition: Heat Treatment: 980°~1020°C water cooling, room temperature. Tensile Properties: Tensile Strength: ≥590 Nm; Elongation after Fracture: ≥35%.
The average grain size of GH3030 alloy pipes in the delivery condition shall be inspected, and the measured data shall be reported.
Ultrasonic Testing: Each pipe shall undergo ultrasonic testing according to GB/T 5777. The testing level shall be negotiated by both the supplier and the buyer and specified in the contract.

Surface Quality: The inner and outer surfaces of the pipes shall be free of cracks, folds, fissures, delamination, and scabs. Local defects shall be completely removed (except for pipes intended for machining). After removal, the outer diameter and wall thickness shall not exceed the negative tolerance. Other minor surface defects not exceeding the allowable tolerance may be left unremoved. The allowable depth of straight sections shall not exceed 4% of the nominal wall thickness. For pipes with a wall thickness less than 1.4 mm, the allowable depth of straight sections is no greater than 0.05 mm, but the maximum depth is no greater than 0.3 mm.
Alloy pipes shall undergo a flaring test. After flaring, the specimen should be free of cracks or other visible defects. The flared end of the specimen should be cut straight, with a smooth, burr-free cut surface. Chamfering or rounding is not permitted. The diameter of the flared end should not be less than a fraction of the original outer diameter. The flaring test shall be conducted by the purchaser, but the supplier shall guarantee the quality of the pipes.
Packaging, Marking, and Certificate of Quality: The packaging, marking, and certificate of quality for the pipes shall comply with GB/T 2102.

Gnee Steel is a professional manufacturer of various nickel-based alloys. Gnee Steel's product packaging includes: steel strapping: pipes with an outer diameter not exceeding 3 inches are typically bundled together with polypropylene film to prevent rusting during sea transport and then secured with steel straps; wooden crates/crates: pipes are usually packaged in wooden crates or crates for protection during transport, especially for longer or larger diameter pipes; seaworthy export packaging: suppliers typically use standard seaworthy export packaging methods, which may include various materials and techniques to protect pipes during transport; and tarpaulin packaging: to prevent rainwater, seawater, etc., from seeping into the export wooden crate packaging during transport. Gnee Steel specializes in the production and sales of alloy materials. Gnee Steel's products are widely used in aerospace, chemical, power, automotive, and nuclear energy fields, and customized alloy material solutions can be provided according to customer needs.
