1. Material properties
Good oxidation resistance: Good oxidation resistance at higher temperatures, good resistance in carburizing and chloride-containing environments.
Corrosion resistance:
Resistant to a variety of corrosive media, with sufficient tolerance to organic acids such as acetic acid, formic acid and stearic acid.
Able to resist erosion by various highly corrosive media, including nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid and alkaline solutions. It can also resist chloride ion stress corrosion cracking, and has good corrosion resistance to media such as seawater and steam.
Good resistance to dry chlorine and hydrogen chloride gas corrosion.
High temperature strength:
It can maintain high strength and oxidation resistance in high temperature environments below 600℃. At high temperatures, the oxidation resistance is much better than that of iron-based and nickel-iron-based alloys. It has higher strength below 650°C, good molding and easy welding; in air, the highest use temperature reaches 1175°C.
Physical properties: density 8.4g/cm³, melting point 1370 - 1425℃.
Processing performance: It has good cold and hot processing performance, and can meet different engineering application requirements through cold processing or hot processing. In terms of cold processing, the plasticity and toughness are very good, and it can be processed by cold drawing, cold rolling, deep drawing, cutting and welding. In terms of hot processing, it can be processed by forging, hot rolling, hot extrusion, casting and other processes.
