Inconel UNS N06600 Nickel Based Round Bar

UNS N06600 round bar is a nickel-chromium-iron solid solution strengthened high temperature alloy material with excellent comprehensive performance. The bar is based on high nickel (≥72%), with chromium (14-17%) and iron (6-10%) to form a stable austenite structure, and is made into round bars with a diameter of 5-300mm by hot rolling or cold drawing. Its typical room temperature mechanical properties are tensile strength ≥550MPa, yield strength ≥240MPa, and elongation ≥30%. It can still maintain good mechanical properties under high temperature environment, and the maximum use temperature can reach 1150℃. The most notable feature of this material is its excellent high temperature oxidation resistance, excellent carburization resistance and excellent corrosion resistance, especially strong resistance to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking, and its corrosion resistance is significantly better than ordinary stainless steel. The bar has excellent hot processing and welding properties, and supports various hot and cold forming processes. It complies with ASTM B166, AMS 5665 and other standard specifications, and is widely used in heat treatment equipment (furnace rollers, muffle tanks), chemical equipment (pickling line components, reactors), electronics industry (vacuum tube components) and nuclear power equipment (steam generator tubes). The product can provide a variety of surface states such as hot rolled (HR), cold drawn (CD), polished (PG), etc., to meet different processing accuracy requirements, and is an ideal structural material under harsh working conditions such as high temperature and corrosion.
