Inconel UNS N06600 Metal Polished Seamless Pipe

UNS N06600 (Inconel 600) polished seamless tube is a nickel-chromium-based high-temperature alloy precision tube. It is formed by hot extrusion or cold drawing and then mechanically polished or electrolytically polished. It has excellent heat resistance, mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. Its core characteristics include: maintaining a stable austenite structure in high temperature (up to 1150℃) and low temperature (-200℃) environments, and outstanding anti-oxidation and carburizing properties; relying on the synergistic effect of high nickel content (≥72%) and chromium (14-17%), it has excellent resistance to chloride stress corrosion, organic acids and strong alkaline media (such as caustic soda), especially in reducing atmospheres. It performs better than stainless steel; at the same time, it has good processability (weldable, cold forming) and surface finish (Ra≤0.4μm). This tube is typically used in harsh environments such as petrochemical cracking furnace tubes, nuclear power plant steam generator heat transfer tubes, heat treatment equipment radiation tubes and semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Its polished surface can also effectively reduce fluid resistance and prevent scaling deposition.
